Templates has not be rewriten (only minor changes: RLMs has been added in some places).

The major changes has been done in the localization files, so it wouldn't be related to the Hebrew Wikipedia.

Yep, you should just download MediaWiki and choose "hebrew" when your'e installing.

Can this Wiki mix LTR and RTL text (or allow HTML tags, with dir=LTR attrs)?

with HTML (div,span (span has been added by me))
